I've been lying low Since Easter camp and caught up with
other friends. It was really good to be able to go for the full event because
we had the caravan with us and it meant that I could rest when I needed to. My
friends Nora help me do some lymphatic massage techniques and so since then
I've been pretty much staying at home keeping my feet elevated and then
rereading some information about and phlegm at three types of foods and how
they cut help me reduce sugars so stop you want
it seems like to last couple of months I've not really focused on my nutrition and have been easing pretty things don't really align with how I should be. But some of them are so yummy and very hard to stop.
