Listen to your body.Are you sleep deprived? Do you wait until you're too hungry to eat? Being too tired or too hungry are great setups for disaster. Both situations can cause a person to eat more than they need.
It's one thing to have an occasional late night or to work through lunch every once in a while. But if this becomes the norm, consider bringing some balance into your life. Neglecting your body's needs will ultimately sabotage your WLS lifestyle.
Action for the day:
Live today with balance. Eat when you are hungry (but not too hungry), rest if you need it&pay attention to your body's needs.
