Make your health a prority

The NAWLS Small Bite for May 27th  is

Make your health a priority.  
Many people tend to put their health and well-being last on their priority list. Do family, career, and/or the business of the day come before your WLS needs? Sacrifice and long hours at work are rewarded in American society, which makes it easy to neglect yourself.  


After WLS, you will benefit from a change in priorities. Is your health number one? Putting your health goals first, ensures that you will achieve them. When you practice putting your health first, and schedule everything else around it, you will eventually find that doing so comes quite naturally.  


Action for the day:
Today, evaluate whether you are putting your health first or whether you are putting other things before your health. Recommit to your health.
