The NAWLS Small Bite
Do you want something so badly you’ve become obsessed? Do you desire some object or goal so much that you’ve forgotten to enjoy the wonderful things you already have? What if, when you finally obtain that object or reach that goal, it is not all that you imagined?
It’s time to develop the belief that you already have all you need to be happy. You are blessed with many things you refuse to see. You only focus on what you do not possess. Until you are satisfied with what you have, and with who you are, achieving goals will bring only empty victory. Happiness begins now, not someday.
Action for the day:
What goals are you obsessing about, thinking you’ll be happy only when you achieve them? How can you find more happiness in today? Do something today that nurtures happiness in the present moment.
