Move forward with optimism

Today's post seems easier to say than do. I have found myself several times being on the negative side instead of foucusing on the positive. One of the things I am struggling with at the moment is getting the flow I need to get this organisation up and running, and it feels like it is getting a bit past by capabilities, which is frustrating me, as I really want to do this and create an organsation that provides support and resources to everyone who has had or is considering WLS.

So, onto the NAWLS Small bite,

Move forward with optimism.
Practise and optimistic outlook - a hopeful and eager view - to multiply your chances of success. Optimism puts into play a powerful force on your behalf. Even when life is hard, know that nothing lasts forever. As you have heard before, "This, too, shall pass."

It's easy to get discouraged when you have had a lot of practice being discouraged. But, now it's time to practice optimism.

Action for the day:
Pay attention to your thoughts today. When you have a negative thought, immediately replace it with an optimistic thought. Optimism can be learned.

  1. You will be able to get this set up, I have no doubts.

Have you thought about looking at local businesses or the local business organisation for a mentor, someone to guide you & help you. It is a huge task you are taking on, especially trying to work and with health issues.
